1. INTRODUCTION

Data privacy is a priority for RbigSoft. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application FlowCut.

2. VIDEO DATA (LOCAL PROCESSING)

Our Application is designed to respect your privacy.

• Local Processing: All editing operations, trimming, silence removal, or audio removal are performed exclusively on your device (locally).
• No Transfer: We do not collect, store, or transfer your video or audio files to our servers or to third parties. Your media remains under your full control on your phone.

3. DATA COLLECTION (TECHNICAL AND ADVERTISING)

While we do not collect your videos, we use third-party services to ensure the operation, maintenance, and funding (via ads) of the Application. These services may collect technical data and device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID).

We use the following services:

• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics): Used to collect anonymous data on app usage and to report bugs or crashes.
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements (interstitials, banners).

4. THIRD-PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES

Since we use third-party services, we advise you to review their specific policies regarding data collection and usage:

5. REQUIRED PERMISSIONS

To function properly, the Application requires the following permissions:

• Storage (Read/Write): Necessary to access the videos you wish to edit and to save the final result on your device.
• Internet Access: Necessary only for the operation of third-party services (loading AdMob ads and sending Firebase crash reports). Your videos are never transmitted via this connection.

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. The only shared data is the anonymized technical data automatically collected by the third-party services mentioned above.

7. SECURITY

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
